1973 Fibes SFT 690 COF ( chrome over fiberglass ) This legendary drum features a fiberglass shell w/real metal chrome wrap, not plastic. The Fibes SFT throwoff is a beautifully designed piece that offers CONSTANT TENSION of the snares, similar to a Rogers Dynasonic, but in a much easier to set up and operate system. The drum also features FULLY EXTENDED snares for extraordinary sensitivity and no choking. The fiberglass shell gave the drum incredible reflectivity and brightness in sound unsurpassed by the other wood/metal drums of the day.
